the codex events

the codex events at QCA were initiated in 2011 with codex event 8. Each event is collaborative in nature and aims to produce either a series of artists books or an editioned artists book. The nature of each event is shaped by the invited participants who are asked to investigate the relationship between three fundamental elements of Print Culture; papermaking, printmaking and the book. The events were initiated in 2004 by Tim Mosely while at Southern Cross University.
